TRADOS Studio 2021 is consistently closing on its own and the application freezes all the time.

My PC is up-to-date with Windows 11 and no other conflicting programs are running concurrently.  I have restarted my computer multiple times to troubleshoot the issues, reinstalled both Trados and Multiterm, and followed the instructions on this video (gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge, but nothing seems to work.
