Without seeing your project it's hard to know.  But the first thing I'd check... as I don't know how familiar you are with the software... would be that your TMs actually contain what you think they do.  If you used a Project TM on your previous project for example, and didn't update your Main TM yet then adding these Main TMs to a new project would not help.

Well, I’m really not so sure how any of that works, but what I did is put the files for new project into the old project, and now the concordance search works, *and* it works with other projects that were linked to the old one. Less than optimal, but it’ll do, I guess.
