Comments in Word not exported

I translated a Word file in which comments had been entered with the 'track changes' function.
After finishing the translation, I export the target file and the notes are not displayed.
What am I doing wrong?
These are the project settings:

    I tested it out to see if I can reproduce... but I can't.  Perhaps something in this video will help you identify what's missing from your process and mine?
