Hello! Has anyone here had to deal with hidden text in Trados?

Here is the case: I have a file with some hidden text within a segment (not the whole segment is hidden, only some words in it).

In order for the linguist to have the full context about the segment, it is essential that the supposed to be hidden texts are shown, however it should not be translated.

Is there a way to make it more visible and easy to distinguish from the other translatable text within the segment so that the translator knows exactly which words are the hidden, thus not translatable ones?
