Yesterday I have had to fully reset my Studio 2021 SR 2 ( multiple crashes). As a consequence my templates/plug-ins etc. have disappeared. Is there a user profile within Studio ( similar to Firefox profile) that can be used after a reset ?

But you should not use it. There is no point resetting if you're then going to put back the very setup you had to reset.

Hi Paul, I followed your advice. It worked fine yesterday. But today 2 days after a full reset of Studio 2021, the program keeps shutting down unexpectedly. What to do ?
Additional information: I tried the removal of my term-base and it worked. Could the TB be the cause of the shutting issue?

Possibly. What version are you running? You should have these:
Trados Studio 2021 - 16.2.12.9338
MultiTerm 2021 - 16.2.1.1044

The two software are up to date.
Where do you keep all your resources? Can you provide the full path as copied from windows of the location of your termbases etc.? Are you using a MAC?

No Mac , Win 10 , 64 bits
Please can you try placing these resources in a folder that is not in OneDrive? Depending on your synch settings files in the the OneDrive folder can become cloud only and you only see a footprint in Windows. So after some time Studio cannot access them anymore and this may be contributing to your problem.
You could also try to solve this by ensuring that these folders are not cloud only (which I think may be the default).
