Index was outside the bounds of the array when applying TM

Question

Hello, 
 First of all, I'd like to mention I have a freelance subscription and working with the newest version of Studio 2022.

Second of all, for two days I've encountered the same problem. It seems to help to re-start Studio, but honestly very annoying to run into first thing in the morning. 
 I get the "Index was outside the bounds of the array" for my files when trying to pre-translate them. Apparently, it suddenly can't apply the TMs for some reason. I tried searching yesterday and could only find old hits from very old versions of Studio, and none in this exact scenario. Re-started Studio and it suddenly could apply the TMs - no errors. Is there a more permanent fix, so that I don't have to make this part of my morning routine?

J Hass I need to understand if this is TM related (seems that way because of the pre-translate batch task) or is it a Studio issue (also seem that way given you say it helps to restart) 
 
 If you think this is a Studio related issue To see if its your TM can you try:

 Can you reproduce this with the same TM on a different project? 
 What if you create an empty TM and run through the batch task sequence - does it happen against a different TM?
