Trados Studio has not finished removing the last uninstalled plug-in. Retart Trados Studio after closing all active instances.

Question

Trados Studio 2022 has been saying the statement in the subject and below for a while... 
 "Trados Studio has not finished removing the last uninstalled plug-in. Restart Trados Studio after closing all active instances." 
 Which actions should I take so this not happen any more? 
 I don't have that many plug-ins... There is one that causes many troubles which is Microsoft Translator Provider. 
 The last plugin that I have updated is Google Cloud Translation Provider. 
 Any help will be highly appreciated.

 But if you are using 2022, then it will be folder 17 not 16 I hope this helps
