ERROR AFTER UPDATE

I have tried to do what is asked on the link below due to the error it's been happening since the last update on trados 2022.

But I couldn't find the line on the shotscreen when I opened the file in the Notepad ++. So my question is:

Can I undo the upgrade? Or should I desinstall and install trados 2022 again (the original version) or the upgrade will continue even after? 

How can I get the steps to do the instalation again? What about the key code (the license number)? Where can I find it again? I don't remember where I got it.
