We have an issue and we were wondering if you could help us.

We received from our client a Worldserver package for translation (Microsoft Word Document (.docx)).
The translation was done in Trados Studio Professional 2022. After the completed translation, the SDLX file was sent to another translator *(Trados Studio 2022 SR2-17.2.9.18688) to perform the analysis using track changes in Review mode.
During the work on the translation, the following message appeared in the notes section: This file was created using a file type definition that does not exist on your system (wordprocessing ML.v.2(WS: Word#Default)). The following functionality will be restricted or unavailable: saving, verification, Quick tags, Previewer.

After sending the SDLX file to us as an agency, when we open this SDLX file in Trados Studio Professional 2022, we cannot export the file to word (the following message appears: Failed to save target content: Cannot find file type definition with id Wordprocessing ML v. 2 (WS:Word # Default)) or create a return package (the document is not on the World Server).

Please help us solve this issue.
We have already tried to solve this problem using the solution
gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
but it didn't help us.
