When can I get a refund?

I have been requesting a refund since the 17th of November.

I have talked about this on the chat service and even sent several emails to the sales team and orderprocessing@rws.com.

It's frustrating that they never give me my refund status.

It has been almost two months and I am worried whether I will get a refund or not.

Can you give me some information about the refund?
