I have been requesting a refund since the 17th of November.
I have talked about this on the chat service and even sent several emails to the sales team and orderprocessing@rws.com.
It's frustrating that they never give me my refund status.
It has been almost two months and I am worried whether I will get a refund or not.
Can you give me some information about the refund?

Thank you for replying me. I have read your reply a month ago, and I got receive an email from RWS back then as well.
But what I received back was that they have escalated this issue internally, and they cannot ensure how long it would take.
I patiently waited for answers from RWS, but had heard no updates from any of you.
At least three years ago, it seems the refund was processed in a short period of time. I wonder why giving a refund takes 5 months.
