When I try to generate the target file (word file), Trados refuses and displays the message "the reference of an object is not defined to an instance of an object". I can't understand the problem or how to solve it.

Does restarting Trados Studio help?
If you run Verify (F8 shortcut), do you find any Tag errors? If so, please correct them and try again.
If nothing works, please state the full version of your Trados Studio.

Thank you for your reply. I've tried everything you suggested. There was a tag error, I corrected it and tried again but it still doesn't work. My Trados version is: Trados studio 2022 freelance, Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.9.18688
