Error when opening project packages

Hi. Apparently, I can't open Project Package files (.sdlppx) anymore. Whenever I try to do it, I receive the following error message (in Italian):

Errore durante l'elaborazione degli argomenti della riga di comando: Accesso al percorso 'C:\Users\Administrator' negato.

USO: SDLTradosStudio.exe [/help|/?] /arg1 val1 /arg2 val2

    I think are the most likely solutions for this error lie within these two things:

    1. Reset Trados Studio.  You didn;t mention with version you have so use the KB to get the instructions to help:

    2. Sometimes, security software can mistakenly block legitimate software operations.  Temporarily disabling your antivirus might help identify if this is the cause.
