New translations are not suggested as matches - Trados Studio 2021

Question

If I translate a segment and the next segment is very similar, my new translation is not suggested as a match, but older entries from the TM appear as suggestions. How can I teach Trados to suggest my new translations as matches? The TMs are updated, an upgrade has been carried out.
You can see an illustration of my problem in segments 183 and 184 as well as my settings in the screenshots.

Hi Lajos Herpai 
 Try disabling the Enable LookAhead option in the Automation options (File|Options then select Automation under Editor). To speed up the translation process, Studio starts preparing the translation resources (TM results, term recognition etc..) for the next segment before the current segment has been confirmed. This may be causing the issue you are experiencing.
