  • Hello,

To enable your colleague to start using the Trados Teams Professional license, you need to provide her with the following information:

Step 1: Share the login credentials for the Trados Teams account. This includes the username and password.

Step 2: Guide her to download and install Trados Studio on her computer if she hasn't done so already.

Step 3: Once installed, she should open Trados Studio and sign in using the provided credentials.

Step 4: Instruct her to verify that she is signed in to Language Cloud with the correct account, where the cloud project she wants to work on is located.

Step 5: She should tick the checkbox "Show projects for this account only".

Step 6: In the Projects view, she should select all cloud projects and right-click to "Remove from List". Then, she should click "Refresh" on the Home tab ribbon, and try again to open the project she needs.

Remember, the number of Online Editor licenses are for concurrent users. If the license has 2, only 2 concurrent users can use Online Editor at one time regardless of what step they are in (translation, linguistic review, etc). If you need more users to access the Online Editor concurrently, you may need to purchase more Online Editor licenses.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
