My organisation is about to release the Studio 2022 SR1 update so that translators who have Studio 2022 can download it on their computer. I am wondering if there are things we should do before the installation of the SR1.

Would it be a good idea for every translator to do a backup copy of their local resources (TMs and TBs on their hard drive)? Or export the profile user, the autocorrect lists, the automatic text list, etc.?

We read that it is recommended when transfering to a new version to recreate project templates in the new version. So we'll be handling that.

But is it necessary to take the other precautions I talked about?
