You correctly illustrate that Trados Studio alongside GroupShare needs to be licensed, assuming you have Professional Network licenses in place (??)
If yes, then you need the License Manager as shown.
However you have a box called Updates / Privileges / Licenses and how I interpret your graph may not be as you intend.
              Updates are license dependent, but the updates themselves are not rolled out via the Trados License Manager. 
              Nor does the Trados License Manager manage privileges which is implied in your graph (as I see it)

May I ask what as brought on your need to draw this out, so we can support you accordingly.
Once we better understand your context, it which will no doubt impact the accuracy and understanding of your architecture graph.

Our global company owns 11 Trados studio licenses and we also have GroupShare along with its licenses.

This higher Administrator is my colleague, and if I understood correctly, he is able to perform updates when he connects to one of our license servers and gets into Trados license manager. That is why I linked these updates. Now actually I remembered that while it is possible for him to do these updates, it is only making the new updates available to the user to install, right? Where are the updates originally coming from then?:)

We have a few administrators, but my colleague has the most power and he is the only one managing the Trados License Manager, so I call him a high admin. He is able to revoke and add back a users license and that Is what I mean by privileges, that he has special privileges, but maybe I should build that part more clearly. 

I'm needing to do an architecture graph of Trados Studio for a document to make it more clear how is our Trados Studio managed and how its all connected with the cloud, servers and something else. Its been difficult to find relevant information. Is there any more information about databases, cloud, servers or something else that you could share with me?

That is fine. What I conclude is you are trying to understand how to manage the maintenance of your solutions which incorporates 11 Desktop license and GroupShare.
When I say maintain I am referring to version control and updates roll outs, which needs to done across your entire team.
