Error message "unexpected root element 'Project' namespace " when uploading translation project to the server

Trados Version:17.0.0.11594 
 Error Message: unexpected root element 'Project' namespace 
 After 1-month translation work, I was asked to upload the 1-month translation project to the server of our corporation. When I was trying to upload the whole project, a error message called " unexpected root element 'Project' namespace" appeared. 
 Could anyone tell me the trigger of this error and what countermeasures do I have to take to solve this problem?

 I assume you mean you are creating projects in Studio and you then upload them to GroupShare?
