 You can follow the next procedure: 
 
 Create a backup of the XLIFF (just in case anything below goes wrong) 
 Open the XLIFF in any text editor, such as Notepad or Notepad++ 
 Press CTRL+H to open the Replace dialog box 
 Find what field: target-language="en-US" 
 Replace with field: target-language="en-GB" 
 Press the Find and Replace buttons. 
 
 Note that I assumed that you needed to replace the language ID of the target language. 
 ☛ I see another post from you wher you need to change also the language pair on a translation memory. I believe that the answer given from the AI is correct in that post.
