Have you tried resetting it through the File menu and selecting Options and then the keyboard combinations?

Yes, it seems like there might be a problem, in my keyboard combinations it says Ctrl+Alt+Enter for Confirming Seagments and, unfortunately, it works like that now.

Anyhow, I cannot change it to Ctrl+Enter that I'm used to as a shortcut. Could you explain, please, how to change it in settings?

Do you get any error message? Or when you try to change the shortcut, the message reads "this shortcut is already assigned" or similar and the row becomes red highlighted? If so, you need to find out the conflicting shortcut, change these, close Studio and assign CTRL+ENTER to your desired function afterwards with the next Studio start. You can store your shortcuts in an user profile. File -> Setup -> Manage user profiles. It is of course also possible to import those stored profiles.

Check that Ctrl+Enter hasn't been assigned for another shortcut, and if it has remove that shortcut. Then in the shortcut for commit a segment to TM and move to the next unconfirmed double click and change the entry.

I have the same problem. My shortcut is set to 'Ctrl+Enter' as per the standard, and it doesn't work any more. It is set this way in Options, but it doesn't work when translating.
