Preventing certain terms from registering as errors

Hello, I have quite a few repeat terms that I translate that always show up as a translation error in QA Checker 3.0 when in fact they are not.
One example is "pps" in Spanish, "percentage points" in English, which triggers a number error.
Is there any way I can create a list of translated terms so that QA Checker will ignore them?

Thanks a million.

  • Hi Paul thanks for your response. Strangely I cannot replicate that problem right now. It seemed to happen every single time there was an instance of "pps" but I can't rule out that there was some other problem in all cases. I will monitor future cases and post here if it happens again.
A similar case I'd like to avoid (though it does not indicate any problem with Studio, of course), is nonbreaking hyphens. These occur quite often in my source text but I don't need to replicate them in the translation. Is there some rule I can use to prevent Quality Checker from flagging this as an error? I have several other bugbears like this, though perhaps if you can help me with the hyphens I can work out how to do the others.. Thanks!
