I believe this was fixed already for SR1. What version of Trados Studio are you using?
For the benefit of anyone reading this thread CRQ-31197 relates to a TMX exported from DeepL could not be imported into a TM in Studio 2022. There was also a workaround... edit the attribute value o-tmf="TW4Win 2.0 Format". After changing it to o-tmf="SDL TM8 Format", it can be imported.
