Hi,

I installed a trial version of Studio 2022 on my laptop, installed the latest upgrade and installed the Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack.

I have legacy TM's created in Studio 2007 (tmw files) and according to the Trados Studio Migration Guide, I can upgrade them with the above Migration Power Pack.

I sent a TM (tmw file) from my old PC to my laptop by e-mail and saved it on my local C disc. When I opened Studio and tried to upgrade the TM with the Migration Power Pack, it would not open the tmw file. I clicked it and pressed 'Open' in the relevant window, but the file would not appear in the window and when I clicked 'Next', it said there was no input TM.

I tried asking through the chat function, but they could not work out what the problem was. Could someone from RWS please help?
