I have recently seen this popping up almost all the time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm still getting it. Trados isn't even spotting repeat text a few lines apart in a document. So basically Trados is not doing what I pay it to do, unless I receive packages from a client. I'm pulling my hair out! Any ideas? I've looked on the web but can't find anything for Trados 2022 so when I try to follow suggestions I can't because the set-up isn't quite the same.

Hi Paul, I have Trados Studio 2022 for Freelance. Anything I found on the Internet referred to earlier versions of Trados so when I try to follow the steps through file-options etc I'm not seeing the same words. I confess IT is not my thing. I can't even manage to take a screenshot of my project settings for you. I could just take a photo...

Press ALT+PrintScreen keys to take a screen shot of the active window. Then you can insert it in the forum with just CTRL+V.
Or press PrintScreen key to take a screen shot of the whole screen. Then you can crop it in Paint, for example.
Thank you Jesús. I also posted on the proz.com forum and I think the problem was with automation enablement. Everything now seems to be back to normal
Hi I'm now having the same problem: :
"No matches found or no lookup performed." displayd in the translations result window
It appeared yesterday in the middle of a translation job italian-german, using language weaver and a file based memory of my own, without having modified anything in the settings. So I don't think this issue might be related to the settings.
