Hello,
I am a French translator working on Studio 2021 and since yesterday, I can no longer use the numbers 1 to 9 on my numerical pad. I confirm that Num Lock is activated (I even tried with deactivating Num Lock!). Other buttons of the numerical pad are working : 0 . + - * /. This is only numbers 1 to 9 !
I have several plugins installed : Riggi / Subtitlings / XBench / Antidote
Could you please help me on this?
This is highly inconvenient.

Maybe try the obvious first and restart your computer? This doesn't sound like a Trados problem. Is it an external number pad or one that's part of a keyboard?

I forgot to mention : the numerical pad perfectly works everywhere else on my computer. This is only in Trados.
ok... I wonder if the preset keyboard shortcuts for the subtitling plugin is conflicting with something for you? Remove the subtitling plugin and restart Trados Studio. See if that resolves the problem. If it does then when you reinstall the plugin first make sure that the problem has come back, and if it has go into your keyboard shortcuts and change them for the subtitling.

I found the answer : Subtitling Plugin was mixing with my numerical pad. I deactivated it and now everything is back to normal...

Hello,
I am facing exactly the same problem, and I've found also that the problem is caused by the subtitling plugin as it's said in this page (https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000012895) from 2020.
It not very productive to have to activate or deactivate a plugin because it causes troubles to the hole application when you need numbers.
The solution I've found is to change the Subtitling plugin shortcuts to another key combination, so we don't have to activate or deactivate it.
