Could not load file or assembly Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions

Question

After updating to the latest version of Studio 2020, this message appears and prevents me from accessing my projects. I have tried to recreate the projects but once I close the editor window and try and reopen them the same message pops up. Does anyone have a solution to this as Studio is currently out of use for me as a result of this error

 The error appears to be stemming from Microsoft and corrupted dll/exe. 
 Please ensure that Windows/System/Drivers'Office are all completely up to date-

 Then repair/reset Studio-

 Please also ensure you are logged on as ADMIN to both your PC and Studio when starting.
