PROJECTS DISAPPEARED. LANGUAGE SETTINGS WRONG. I SEE SAMPLE FOLDERS ONLY. CONTACTED TECH SUPPORT. WAS TOLD TO INSTALL UPDATE, NO CHANGE. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO RETRIEVE MY PROJECTS?
You are right, I clicked the wrong one. However, when I do click the right one, I get 'An error occurred whilst trying to determine the file version.' I find it strange that my language settings are totally wrong. Any connection?
