Is there any way to resolve the problem with the message : Service “Sdl.Translation Studio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectMabnagementService” could not be started? I tried the guidance in Base Knowledge and Community but not succeed.
It's a good idea to provide the full error message when you get these errors as the cause it not always the same and it also give us more details about the specific version of 2017 you are using. Click on the small disk symbol in the error message and save the full error detail to an XML file on your desktop. Then you can attach the file to your message.
You should also tell us exactly which KB articles you used to follow a resolution as we have no idea what you've really tried like this.
