When trying to open the package I received from the client I get the message "The project package Project 1.sdlppx cannot be opened as it contains languages that are not configured for this installation." What can I do to solve the problem? I don't think there are any for me unusual languages in the package.
Can you unzip the package you eceived and check which languages are in there?
Also what version of Studio are you using?

I'm using Studio 2019.
And yes, I could unzip the package and found SE, DA, NO and EN GB in there. I then could pick the file I needed and translate it in Trados. I've never had to do it that way before, but perhaps I've never received a package with several languages before, so that I've always been able to just open the package directly. Could that be the reason it was different now?
