Trados 2017 won't open a window to access

Question

After clicking and running Trados 2017, the window for the program is not opened. I can't access to the window. How can I solve this program? As you can see in the below screenshot, the window is blank, and even when I click the icon, it doesn't open anything. It seems that program is running, but I can't view anything.

 From the screen shot- I think this is a case of where Studio is opening 'off screen'. 
 This sometimes happens for instance when you are using a docking station/second screen-
