The recovering Studio in 2 steps.

First, I got the following answer from SDL support service:

1. Download the latest version for Studio 2019 from the following link : ftp://sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL_TP/Studio2019_CUs/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU4_1693.zip

2. Run the installer downloaded at step 1.

3. If you receive any error message please try to install Studio 2019 SR2 manually following the steps from this article : https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000008331

I remove Studio from PC and successfully install the latest version according to item 1 above. But, after successfully installing the Studio I was prompted the error:

"Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.IAlignmentEditorService' could not be started". Clicking on Show error details displays the additional errors: "An item with the same key has already been added".

Second, I got the next answer from SDL support service:

1. Please try to reset Studio to default settings following the steps from this article : https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001417
2. If it still doesn`t work try to apply the solution from this article : https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000002212

I reset default settings according to item 1 above the problem is over. The Studio works well. Thaks to all!!!
