It might be worth reindexing your TM after import.  See if that helps.

This might be caused by Lookahead. Try disabling Lookahead and work without it for a while and see if this improves things:

If the sentence you searched for was newly added to your TM Lookahead could prevent the successuly lookup because it's using cached information from prior to you adding this new one to your TM.  Moving forward a few segments and then going back may cause the result to be successful as the cache will be refreshed with the new upto date information in your TM.

Unfortunatly, it doesn't help. I re-index once more my TM and also try with speed instead of quality and Lookahead was already enabled, I know this settings.

Just checking this wasn't a typo... Lookahead should be disabled, not enabled.

Can you provide a screenshot of what your settings are here:

Also, can you verify that the TM you have attached to your project is the TM you have exported?  Sometimes people don't realise the differences with Project TMs, sometimes their TMs are added automatically in a project template and they are not the same as the ones they think they're using.  You can hover over the TMs in your project like this to see the path:

I have 2 TMs with the same name. The first one I created for my offer in my offer folder and I thougth I take it away from this folder and put it in my client folder when I won the job. I thought I did it  but obviously I didn't do it right, I generated 2 TMs and the TM in my cost estimate folder was still active in the project. Aaargh...

ok, I founded the segment above with Organisatorisches. It seems to work normally.
