This is not new for me, but now, I can't open any TM at all from more than two hours. I usually restart Trados and open the memories first, but that doesn't work this time. I don't know if tit is a software failure or what. Can anyone help me ? The error message is "The TM seems to miss or it does not exist." (I work in French and my mother tongue is Spanish).

The message itself indicates that the TM fails to open- it may be because you may have changed the path or you removed the TM from the original location perhaps.
In any case I would advise you to run a Studio repair and after that try again, see if this helps.
To run Studio repair, please use the Freshstart plugin, very useful and you can install it from here:
