usually, after the filtering step I have to do like this..
select the first one with Click
scroll down (painfully when you have lots of segments) to the end
select all of them by Shift+Click - have to be very careful unless you have to do it again
Any better idea ?

Proper usage within given boundary: do not switch in the first gear when driving with 80 km/h. Change gears properly. Other given boundary: fasten seat belts and hold tight on your driving wheel, while pressing the accelerator. Avoid doing this within the city, unless you wanna lose your driving license.
