Hi everyone,

I have installed SDL Trados Studio 2019 Starter. There was no trouble installing it.

But whenever I open any file (Word, Excel, Text, etc.), I get the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message.

Files open anyway and I can type in segments. But I cannot confirm translations. If I try to confirm, the same error message (Object reference not set to an instance of an object) appears.

The "Save Target As" option is grayed out.
