Hello, I am having issues with opening packages in Studio 2019. When I double click on a package file (WSXZ) an Error message appears reading 'Access to path: 'C:\Users\Elena\AppData\Local\Chronology' denied.' I am left with no other option but to click OK in the Error message prompt and then Studio goes off.
If I open Studio 2019 first and then go to File>Open Package and click on the same package file (WSXZ) the same Error message appears but at least, when I click OK, Studio stays open. The Open Package window remains open (I can see the list of the files saved in the package) and the progress stage at the top is 4 (Analysis of package content). I can then select my destination folder and the green button 'Finish/End' activates to go on with the import. If I click on it, however, another Error message pops up and prevents me from opening the package, stating that it is impossible to find temporary file tmp8106.tmp. Import fails.
This is the second time it happens and it's impossible to open any files. I have Windows 7. I didn't make any updates to any system or antivirus on my laptop, so it just comes from nowhere (until now I have always been able to open packages without any problem).
Can anyone recommend a quick and effective solution? Many thanks!
