I work with Trados Studio 2019 SR1-15.1.055.109 and Multiterm 2019 15.0.4.56053. I added termbases to my project, but when I open the files for that project, the termbase viewer is empty. Does someone knows how to solve this problem? Thank you!
You are using an up-to-date version of MultiTerm with a fairly outdated version of Studio 2019. Current version of Studio is 2019 is SR2 CU4. I am quite certain that this is at least one problem, as the step from SR1 to SR2 required updating MultiTerm as well.
Try updating Studio to the current version and that might solve it.
