The update was being installed, following all the steps, but when it said "restart your PC" I did. Next, Studio 2019 is gone. I'm downloading manually now... Any suggestions? Answers?

The solution I found was to manually download (again) the file with the update (SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_15.2.4.1693.exe). Previously I had trusted the "Notifications" pane from within Studio and that's how I got lost. The process is resumed by running this executable. In fact the process had gone up to "Removing previous versions of SDL Trados Studio 2019" and then "Restart after uninstall". After restarting the computer somehow this setup file did not pick up where it left off.
