Hi all.
I have just finished a translation and verified all tags and when I try to export the IDML file I worked on, I am seeing the error reported in the topic.
I am working with Studio 2015 SR2.
I know that the client has sent us an IDML prepared with the latest version of InDesign 2019.
Any ideas on what may be the issue and how to solve it?

Hello Carla Gaspar ,
There are possibly two issues here-
The version of IDML is not compatible with Studio 2015- which I think supported up-to and including CS4-CC
You can install the Studio 2019 trial and run the file and see if this resolves the issue-
or it is possibly a case where the original file hadn't been packaged correctly before being sent (info from our Indesign professionals here).
Hopefully other Indesign professional can also offer some advice on this one.
