I certainly have never seen this before and you dont tell us if this is with all projects- or just the current one?

There however appears to be a warning message in the Concordance Window- (in your screen shot)- maybe if you can tell us what the message is, maybe we can work out what is causi9ng the problem- which is most likely to do with the TM.

Please also tell us where the TM is saved- either locally or remote.

If the TM is remote, there might be a connection issue (delay) which is causing the problems.

Hi the warning message is about quality assurance - missing space tag. 

This problem happens in different documents not just this one

My TM is saved on my pc, although I get additional TMs included in the package from the client
