The actual error message is referring to the machine translation provider (ETS) and what appears most likely an incompatibility with the (selected) language pairs....possibly in conjunction with a GroupShare project.

If the following doesn't help https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038114 then please speak to your client, as only they  will be able to change the package/credentials if necessary.

I've checked the procedure above and was surprised to see that "Use different translation providers for this language direction" was already enabled and the warning message "Le fournisseur de traductions "ets//ets-langoffices02-af145585d0d97e6f.elb.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com:8001/)" is still here... so I'll speak to the client...unless you have another solution :--)

You will definitely need to check in with your client as they control the project settings etc.

There is nothing else you are able to do at this stage I don't think.
