Auto-propagated segments are not "skipped" later on

Question

I do believe I have the right settings but Studio 2019 still stops at auto-propagated segments instead of jumping to the next unconfirmed segment. See screenshots. (Some days it does, others not.) Perhaps a bug in the 2019? Anyone who can help?

As shown here, Trados should jump further below (to the next untouched segment), but it stops here, on an auto-propagated segment. Irritating.
