What happens when you click on it? Normally the plus means there is more information than just "C" in the information which stands for "Cell". Most probably the other one inside is "WS" for worksheet.

As I just said... the + symbol means you have more than one piece of document structure information in there.  As I also said you have "C" and you have "WS".  You can't change this for this kind of file because it's the default information provided by the Excel filetype.

Sometimes worth thinking about this a little first... try creating an Excel file with multiple worksheets and give the sheets different names. Then come back and tell us why it's nonsense.
