Exporting to Word

Question

Working on Trados 2019 and Word 2019 (64bits). 
 I imported the Word-file from my client into Trados as &laquo;traduire un seul document&raquo;. I am finshed now and wanted to export it for external review but I cannot open the file. As realised that I even cannot display the Quickview in Trados and when I exported the File as &laquo;enregistrer cible&raquo; either. I cannot open the Word-file getting an error message.

I think the problem is coming from Trados as I can open other Word-files without problems. Thank you for help !

 Perhaps the solution is to re-translate the original source from your TM and try again? 
 Sometimes this problem doesn't occur for others and seems to depend on the version of office, but as you have the latest I'd be surprised if this is the same issue. You can send me the file that won't open if you'd like to test that theory? (pfilkin@sdl.com) 
 What version of the Word filetype did you use for the translation in Studio?
