When you close the file are you finalizing via batch tasks?

Things I would be looking for first are the project settings and whether the TM is both enabled and ticked for update and

then the global settings (how are these set on your machine?)

Hi Steven, Thank you very much for your reply. I managed to resolve this. The project settings were as you’ve described.

I hadn't been finalising via batch tasks. By global settings, do you mean the Trados global settings rather than Windows 10  global settings?

Following the previous discussions I had with you, I managed to get Windows 10 running and therefore Trados on a new iMac.
