How to edit "Subject" for a TB entry directly in Trados?

Question

Hi everyone, so here's my problem: Say I translate a single file document in Tradost and add new term to the termebase, using a shortcut. The term shows up immediately in the Termbase viewer, BUT, I can't find a way to simply add subject field to that particular entry. No matter which layout I try (MultiTerm Classic, Full layout, flags layout etc.) 
 When I click on "Add Subject" in the termbase viewer, I can only choose a label called "general" and can't insert a label of my own:

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Thank you Vaclav

 Entering data into a termbase is one thing, but what you want to do is changing the Termbase definition (adding items to a picklist). You can do this in MultiTerm, but there are limitations to what you can do if the Termbase already contains data. As a rule of thumb, when you set up the termbase you should be sure that it has all the options that you will need. Only then start adding terms to it.

In case you have a situation that requires multiple default entries (e.g. two subject names) - it is relatively easy to do (this solution from SDL 2015 still works - https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/multiterm/9313/multiple-dropdown-items-as-a-default-in-input-models-in-multiterm-2015 )
