The error -'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' I believe is referencing the actual operating system.

First please reset the Windows layout in both Studio and MultiTerm

then reboot your machine.

Sorry, it still doesn't work. The problem is I can't find my windows 10 has been updated to 1803 and I can't find the updates packages mentioned in the linked page. The first solution of resetting the windows layout in SDL and TM and then rebooting the system doesn't work.

Problem is it happend out of the blue during my translation. I mean I could add new entries until the pop-up appeared out of the blue. before its appearance, I didn't do anything abnormal and tried to update the OS or SDL and TM. 

I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling SDL. It failed to solve the problem. What's worse, I noticed the TM pane in SDL couldn't show the entries contained in the original text and there're no suggested entries appearing in the translation section as expected when I translate the entries already input in the TM. In a word, the TM suggesting function is completely corrupted.
