I have bought Trados 2019, I have downloaded Multiterm also, but when I download Glossary Converter I obtain this: “I cannot dectect Multiterm even if I use tbx as a termbase format”
I have installed the last version of Glossary converter, which finishes with 22246.
If anyone could please help me... Thanks very much.

This is a problem that has been reported/discussed a couple of times previously, but hasn't been reproducible when we have tested this.
Maybe the solutions that are offered in this thread will help you resolve this.
