I purchased Trados Studio 2019 yesterday and immediately realized that it doesn't fit my needs as the included machine translation doesn't work with the language pair I work with (Japanese to German). Like this, the software is too restricted for my needs, so I deactivated the license yesterday. This was an honest mistake on my part and I would like to return the product and have a refund.
