Good morning. I have just upgraded to Studio 2019 and the preview doesn't work anymore. When I click to generate initial preview, Studio gets frozen. I have to stop it with Task Manager, switch my laptop off, Start again and the preview appears in Word even if I don't reopen Studio. Windows is totally up to date.

This sounds as though after you upgraded, the correct file types are possibly not enabled.
Under File- Options- Please make sure you have the correct file type enabled- for example
You should also now recreate the project as the changes will not apply to existing projects.
Please let us know if this resolved the issue.

Thanks for your answer but the correct file types are enabled.
I'm now trying to open a new package and I get the message: "Could not find a part ot the path....". I have tried to open the same package in Studio 2017, and it seems to work.
So I don't know what is wrong with 2019.
I have applied the recommandations of Article Number:000001417 (Resetting SDL Trados Studio to default state) to no avail. I've also tried the "Repair" function in the control panel.
Again, any help welcome.
