Source file is MIF. That file converter to SDLXLIFF through Studio, but I would like to know if it would be possible to convert it with a plugin (or something else?) to xliff.

It is XLIFF. What exactly do you want to see?

I know it's already an XLIFF. 
I want to remove the sdl's information from the file and keep only the TUs, source and target.
Is there an app for that?

Okapi Rainbow has MIF input filter, you could convert it directly to XLIFF using Rainbow, without involving Studio.
...it also has an SDLXLIFF filter, which means you could convert SDLXLIFF to XLIFF or any other of its output formats...
